New Features & Content
+4- •If a save game already exists and you want to start a new one, you now have the option to skip the intro
- •New config file Stream.cfg for streamer mode – the game can no longer be quit via menu items and the save function in the menu is re-enabled
- •Interactions with cupboards were added in chapters 1 & 2
- •In addition to a font shadow, the text was given an outline (configurable in
Text.cfg)
Changes & Improvements
5- •Config files are now stored in AppData/Roaming/Cast Away - The Oddysee/Configs – so they are preserved even after an update
- •The default value of the font shadow is now 64 instead of 255
- •The font shadow is applied not only to text, but to all other windows as well (for example the menu)
- •Date format in the save game menu adjusted: previously year/month/day → now day.month.year
- •Minor additional menu adjustments
Bug Fixes
2- •An error in the first ruin room was fixed
- •Config files were not loaded when loading an existing save game
